Use this page to request deletion or anonymisation of your Joqiva account, workspace data, or personal data associated with a Joqiva workspace. Some business, billing, tax, accounting, audit and security records may need to be retained where required.
Best way to request deletion
If you can sign in, please submit your request from the Joqiva app. This helps us verify your identity and workspace access faster.
Use the form on this page if you cannot sign in, no longer have access to the app, or you are an end customer of a business using Joqiva.

Before you submit
Submitting this request does not immediately delete your account, workspace or data.
We may need to verify your identity and your relationship with the workspace before processing the request.
We normally respond within one month.
Deletion or anonymisation may take up to 90 days where legally and technically possible.
Some business, billing, tax, accounting, audit, security, dispute and compliance records may need to be retained.
This form does not confirm whether an account or workspace exists.
Retention summary
Some records may be retained after a deletion request.
Sent quotes, accepted quotes, invoices, invoice items, payments, payment reports, quote acceptances, audit-relevant business history, VAT/accounting records and SaaS billing records may be retained for up to 6 years.
Email delivery logs, webhook events and background task records may be retained for up to 24 months.
Export files are temporary and may be removed after 30 days.
Backups may be retained for up to 90 days.
Inactive or read-only workspaces are not automatically deleted.

Use this form if you cannot sign in, no longer have access to the app, or are an end customer whose personal data may be stored in a Joqiva workspace.
Data covered by this request
A deletion or anonymisation request may relate to Joqiva account data, workspace membership data, customer records, jobs, quotes, invoices, payment tracking records, uploaded files, PDFs, emails, AI-assisted enquiry extraction records and Joqiva SaaS billing records.
Joqiva does not collect, hold, transfer or process customer invoice payments. End customers pay the workspace owner directly by bank transfer.
For end customers
If you received a quote, invoice or payment reminder from a business using Joqiva, please include the business name and any quote, invoice or job reference you have.
We may need to contact the workspace owner or verify the request before taking action.
