Hosted checkout and payment method
A payment method is required to start the trial unless Joqiva states otherwise. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Joqiva does not collect or store card details.
Read-only access and export
If a trial or subscription ends without an active paid plan, the workspace becomes read-only. You can still view existing records, download existing PDFs and export your data.

Do all plans include UK invoices?
Yes. All paid plans include UK invoices, invoice numbering, VAT settings, customer invoice pages, PDF invoices and bank-transfer payment instructions.
Are quotes and invoices limited each month?
No separate monthly quote or invoice quota is used. Plans limit new jobs per month. Quotes and invoices are included for existing jobs.
What counts as a new job?
A new job is a new piece of work created in your workspace, whether it starts from manual entry, a pasted message, a template or an enquiry flow.
Which plan includes forwarded email enquiries?
Forwarded email enquiries are included in Pro and Team. Starter supports manual enquiries, pasted messages and enquiry templates.
Which plan includes automatic reminders?
Automatic overdue reminders are included in Pro and Team. Starter includes manual reminders and basic overdue tracking.
Which plan includes multiple users?
Team includes 3 users, multiple users, invitations, roles and admin controls. Starter and Pro are owner-only plans.
Do you process customer invoice payments?
No. Joqiva does not process customer invoice payments. Your customers pay you directly by bank transfer into your own bank account.
Do I need a payment processor?
No payment processor is required for client invoice payments. Joqiva shows bank-transfer instructions, lets customers report “I’ve paid”, and helps you confirm payments and chase overdue invoices.
Does Joqiva store my card details?
No. Joqiva uses Paddle-hosted checkout for Joqiva subscription payments. Payment details are entered with Paddle. Joqiva does not store card numbers, CVC, expiry dates or raw card data.
Does Joqiva replace Xero or QuickBooks?
No. Joqiva does not replace Xero or QuickBooks. Joqiva helps with enquiries, jobs, quotes, UK invoices, bank-transfer payment tracking and reminders. For accounting, use your accounting system and export Joqiva data when needed.
Can I export my data?
Yes. If your workspace becomes read-only, you can still view existing records, download existing PDFs and export your workspace data according to your plan and contract terms.
