Start by submitting the partner application form. Joqiva reviews each application and, if approved, provides referral instructions and programme terms before any commission can be confirmed.

Commission scope
Commission applies only to eligible Joqiva subscription payments
Joqiva subscription billing is separate from the invoice payments your referrals receive from their customers. Partner commission applies only to eligible Joqiva subscription payments validated by Joqiva.
Joqiva subscription payments
Paid through Paddle for Joqiva subscription billing. Eligible subscription payments may qualify for commission only after Joqiva validation and approval.
Customer invoice payments
End customers pay the Joqiva user's business bank account directly by bank transfer. Joqiva does not handle customer invoice payments. These payments are not commissionable.
Commission rules
- Approved partners may be eligible for commission only after Joqiva validates eligible Joqiva subscription payments.
- Customer payment updates, "I've paid" clicks, payment confirmations, quote acceptances, invoice creation, invoice PDFs and customer payment tracking are not commissionable.
- Customer invoice payments are not commissionable.
- Free trials, refunds, chargebacks, invalid payments and customer invoice payments are not commissionable.
- Commission terms are provided during partner approval.

Is a free trial commissionable?
No. A free trial is not commissionable. Commission is considered only after Joqiva validates an eligible paid subscription payment.
