How the Pro trial and billing work

Start a 14-day Pro trial through secure checkout. You are not charged today, and you can cancel before the trial ends.

Your Pro trial starts after adding a payment method through secure checkout. You get Pro features with trial limits: 1 user, up to 50 new jobs, 100 smart enquiry drafts and 1 GB storage.

Payment details

A payment method is needed to start the trial. There is no charge today. The trial becomes a Pro subscription unless you cancel before it ends. Joqiva does not store card details.

Your records stay available

If your trial or subscription ends without an active paid plan, your account becomes read-only. You can still view records, download PDFs and export your data.

CUSTOMER PAYMENTS

Customers pay straight into your bank account.

Joqiva shows your bank details on invoices, lets customers tell you when they’ve paid, and helps you follow up overdue invoices. Customer payments go directly to your bank account.

What happens if I cancel or my trial ends?

Are quotes and invoices limited?

Quotes and invoices are included as workflow features. Monthly limits apply to new jobs and smart enquiry drafts.

What counts as a new job?

A new job is created when you add a job from an enquiry, pasted message, forwarded email or template. Quotes and invoices for that job do not count as extra jobs.

Which plan includes forwarded emails?

Pro and Team include forwarded email enquiries. Starter lets you add enquiries yourself, paste messages or use templates.

Which plan includes automatic reminders?

Pro and Team include automatic overdue reminders. All plans include manual payment reminders.

Which plan includes staff users?

Team includes 3 users. Extra users are available on request.

Does Joqiva take customer invoice payments?

No. Customers pay your bank account directly by bank transfer. Joqiva helps you show bank details, track payment updates and send reminders.

Do I need a card processor for customer invoices?

No. Joqiva is built for bank-transfer invoice payments. Your Joqiva subscription billing is separate from your customer invoice payments.

Does Joqiva store my card details?

No. Subscription billing is handled securely by Paddle. Joqiva does not store your card details.

Does Joqiva replace Xero or QuickBooks?

No. Joqiva helps you manage enquiries, jobs, quotes, invoices and payment follow-ups. You can still use your accounting software or accountant for bookkeeping and tax.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export your records. Basic data export is included in all plans, and Team includes advanced exports.
