Do all plans include UK invoices?
Yes. Starter, Pro and Team all include UK invoices, invoice numbering, customer invoice pages and invoice PDFs.
Are quotes and invoices limited?
Quotes and invoices are included as workflow features. Monthly limits apply to new jobs and smart enquiry drafts.
What counts as a new job?
A new job is created when you add a job from an enquiry, pasted message, forwarded email or template. Quotes and invoices for that job do not count as extra jobs.
Which plan includes forwarded emails?
Pro and Team include forwarded email enquiries. Starter lets you add enquiries yourself, paste messages or use templates.
Which plan includes automatic reminders?
Pro and Team include automatic overdue reminders. All plans include manual payment reminders.
Which plan includes staff users?
Team includes 3 users. Extra users are available on request.
Does Joqiva take customer invoice payments?
No. Customers pay your bank account directly by bank transfer. Joqiva helps you show bank details, track payment updates and send reminders.
Do I need a card processor for customer invoices?
No. Joqiva is built for bank-transfer invoice payments. Your Joqiva subscription billing is separate from your customer invoice payments.
Does Joqiva store my card details?
No. Subscription billing is handled securely by Paddle. Joqiva does not store your card details.
Does Joqiva replace Xero or QuickBooks?
