Bank-transfer payment boundary

Joqiva does not process, hold, move or control customer invoice money. Customers pay the business directly by bank transfer. Joqiva helps show payment instructions, record customer “I’ve paid” reports, support owner confirmation and follow up overdue invoices.

A customer “I’ve paid” report is not treated as confirmed payment until the business checks its bank account and confirms it.

Questions about account access

Is Joqiva already live?

Joqiva is in pre-release. Public account access is not open yet, but existing invited or internal users can still log in.

Does joining the waitlist start a trial?

No. Joining the waitlist does not create a workspace, start a trial or create a paid subscription.

Does AI create jobs automatically?

No. AI can prepare a draft for review. The user must confirm details before reviewed work becomes a job.

Can customers view quotes and invoices without an account?

Yes. Joqiva supports customer-facing quote and invoice pages using customer-facing links.

Will Joqiva process my customer payments?

No. Customers pay you directly by bank transfer. Joqiva records payment reports and helps with reminders, but the business confirms payment after checking its own bank account.

What happens after I join?

We’ll use the email you submit to contact you when Joqiva account access becomes available.

Is this the US waitlist?

No. This page is for UK Joqiva account access. The US waitlist remains separate.
