OWNER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Owner payment confirmation

The “I've paid” button does not automatically mark an invoice as paid. Joqiva shows the customer report to the business owner, who checks the bank account and then confirms the payment or marks it as not received yet.

SAFETY BOUNDARIES

Bank-transfer tracking is not payment processing

Joqiva does not collect, hold, transfer, settle or control customer invoice payments. Your customers pay you directly by bank transfer.

Your customers pay directly into your bank account.
Joqiva does not process customer invoice payments.
No card processing setup is required for client invoice payments.
A customer payment report is not the same as confirmed payment.
You confirm payment only after checking your bank account.
