QUOTES

Create clear quotes from every job.

Build quotes from job details, service templates and item lines. Send a customer quote page, let the customer review, ask a question, download the PDF and accept or decline - while keeping quote acceptance separate from payment.

QUOTE WORKFLOW

From job request to invoice next step

  1. 1Job details
  2. 2Quote builder
  3. 3Customer quote page
  4. 4Accepted / declined
  5. 5Invoice next step

Quote acceptance is recorded before payment tracking starts.

The invoice and bank-transfer instructions come after the quote decision.

WORKFLOW SUMMARY

A clear route from job details to quote decision

Joqiva keeps the quoting path visible, from job context through customer decision and the invoice next action.

1

Start from the job

Use the customer, address, service type, notes and visit context.

2

Prepare the quote

Add templates, item lines, optional work, GBP prices and VAT where applicable.

3

Send for review

Share a customer quote page with PDF download and a question option.

4

Record the decision

Track accepted, declined, expired and cancelled quotes from the job.

5

Move to invoice

Create the UK invoice next, with payment tracking starting from the invoice.

HOW IT HELPS

Quote faster with the job context already in place

Turn quote preparation into a repeatable workflow instead of rebuilding every customer estimate from scratch.

Build from the job

Use customer, address, service type, notes and visit details already stored in the job.

Use templates and item lines

Start with default service templates and common work items for air conditioning, maintenance, plumbing, electrical and cleaning jobs.

Send a customer quote page

Customers can review the quote, download the PDF, ask a question and accept or decline without creating an account.

Track expiry and decisions

See whether the quote is draft, sent, viewed, accepted, declined, expired or cancelled.

QUOTE BUILDER

Build quotes faster without starting from a blank page.

Joqiva helps you prepare quotes from job context, service templates and reusable item lines, so important work and material items are less likely to be missed.

ACCEPTED QUOTE TO INVOICE

After acceptance, move to invoicing the right way.

When a customer accepts a quote, Joqiva records the quote acceptance. Invoice creation then follows your workspace setting: create the invoice automatically when auto-invoice is enabled, or create it manually as the next action.

  1. 1Customer accepts Quote #Q-1042
  2. 2Joqiva records acceptance in the job history
  3. 3Workspace setting decides automatic or manual invoice creation
  4. 4UK invoice is reviewed with VAT, due date and bank-transfer instructions

Quote acceptance is not payment. Payment tracking starts from the invoice and bank-transfer instructions.

QUOTE ACCEPTANCE

What quote acceptance does - and does not do.

A quote decision is a sales workflow event. It is not a payment event.

Accepting a quote sets the quote status to accepted.
Acceptance is stored in the job history.
It does not mark an invoice as paid.
It does not confirm that money has been received.
Customers pay later by bank transfer using the invoice payment instructions.
Joqiva does not touch client money.
